Työskentelet asiakkaan yksiyistilaisuudessa tarjoilijana. Kaikki on ennakkoon tilattuna ja tarjoillaan ohjatusti. Työpäivän aluksi esihenkilö perehdyttää sinut työhön. Saavu työpaikalle hyvissä ajoin, jotta ehdit vaihtaa vaatteet ennen työvuoron alkua. Esimies kertoo sinulle, milloin pääset tauolle. Jätähän puhelimesi työvuoron ajaksi sovittuun paikkaan ja käytät puhelinta vain tauolla, ettei asiakaspalvelu häiriinny. Et ole töissä yksin, vaan aina vakituisen työntekijän kanssa. Tarvittaessa ja tilanteen mukaan esihenkilö antaa sinulle myös muita ravintolan työtehtäviä. During the working day, you work in the restaurant hall together with the rest of the team. You independently take food and drink orders from customers and serve them according to the instructions. You take care of the customers from the moment they arrive at the restaurant to the payment of the bill. At the beginning of the working day, the supervisor introduces you to the job. Arrive at the workplace so that you have time to change your clothes before the start of the shift. Your supervisor will tell you when you can take a break. Leave your phone in the agreed place for the duration of the work shift and only use the phone during breaks so that customer service is not disturbed. You don't work alone, but always with a permanent employee. If necessary and depending on the situation, the supervisor will also assign you other work tasks in the restaurant.
